EE announced today that it is rolling out a new service this autumn that will allow some of its customers to make mobile phone calls over a Wi-Fi connection.
The service, known as voice over Wi-Fi (VoWi-Fi), will enable EE customers to call other phones when there is no cellular signal present, providing they have a compatible handset and access to a reliable Wi-Fi connection. See more at: http://ow.ly/ylq99
